External Users Reset Password

Instructions

Enter your User ID, then select how you want to reset your password:

  • Reset with personal details: You will be asked to verify your last name, date of birth and last 4 digits of your SSN.
  • Reset with personal email: A link would be sent to the personal email account associated with your vendor ID.
  • Reset with security questions: You will be asked to answer the security questions associated with your DOE vendor account.
